BROWN ARCH
The Brown Arch is a historical area, almost a "right of passage" for new attendees and return visitors as well, creating an emotional passage through the arch. The tribute area will be located between Wittman Road and the flightline, and the bricks that will be offered will be on the west side of the arch. EAA will use the bricks by the throat of the design to share a message – a Welcome to the World's Greatest Aviation Celebration. The plaque inscription will be "The Gateway to Aviation." Learn more

The Salute To Veterans at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2010 honors military personnel from all branches in the U.S., plus other nations, for their service to country and fellow citizens. There's a veteran in nearly every family, and those vets and their families know the sacrifice involved in serving. We salute those who have served and are serving this year with special programs and activities throughout the week. It's our chance to say thanks to all of them!

EAA's Women Soar You Soar is the ideal place for high school girls to find out. Now in its fifth year, the unique program introduces 100 girls to more than 20 women, from engineers to fighter pilots, working in a variety of aviation and aerospace fields.
